The ones on the Starview are identical to the other set*nta channels. The ones on the box 291000khz 64 qam 6887ksps 307000khz 64 qam 6887ksps

I have just found out the reason gmail do not allow exe file to be sent or received so unless you have another addy to pm me i will not be able to send the software can you make hot one up for now

Evening all. Glad to see you back up Ferg.
Come on lads and lassies get back in here.
Seen as it is quiet in here. I uploaded the SVCE great piece of firmware now I have all my channels appearing the same way as my N** box. How about we start a channels dump thread. This will allow people to download their areas channel files. So if anyone has to do a factory reset they just need to upload a channel dump for their area and away they go. No more scanning for channels and the sorting them and setting up favs etc.
Just a thought I will set one up if all think it is a worthwhile idea. Cant dump my channel bin yet as the missus is watching it.

hopefully someone can help me again.......I'm in Dublin, have normal cable n*l, there was a problem in ourarea with n*l on saturday, we lost internet, cable channels, Starview channels. Sinceit returned we still can't getthe Starview working. I have tried everything at this point, turned it off, unpluged it, factory reset 5 times, input last codes about20 times, manual scans, auto scans...you name it and I have done it. Is is possible the box could be broken at this point???? oddly enough, i havethe free channels and about 3 scrambled channells (setanta ones I think).
ANY IDEAS PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

maybe they still might be trying to fix it seing that everything went,do the radio channels work???

yeah the whole road went down it seems, but cable came back on saturday night. We have radio, free channells (euronews, rte2 etc) onthe Starview. Its the scrambled onesthat go like when they change the codes thats missing.

What codes have you got in Nagra under key data 00 and 01? I presume you are N**.

00= A9 86 6E EA 39 EA 09 49
01= 9E 40 85 78 E7 82 10 06
yes I am N*L
had terrible trouble getting them to work originally also...am in dublin 18 if thats any help (i read a few posts from dublin 14 last week that were having problems)

Try these ones only change is the 01 key
01 = 23 C5 32 FA 51 A6 50 02 (Got these from Fergus)
The D14 trouble was caused by sub contractors from N** making a cock up.

how goes my Starview is stuck on pre standby all im getting is flashing lights after the fourt it freezes i have tried reflashing with new loader and files if i switch off and press download then after few seconds turn it on i can get it to download when it hits 100% the lights on box freeze flash update fail appers after few seconds done this many times and nothing there might have been an interruption during download if so is my box wiped out?

when lights go across the front its a bad flash.usually caused by corrupt firmware.try downloading it from somewhere else and try again.

it says scrambled or bad channel
exactly the same as when the codes hve changed actually!!!
(almost calm except i'm watching cabin fever on C4!!!)
