when you did your reset did you turn your box off at the back and back on again before you scaned

My box actually died last night during the cricket(on sky sports 1)! I tried everything from resetting to reflashing...nothing worked! Scanning produced no channels on any of the providers!

Eventually gave up and unplugged the box late last night. Plugged it back in this morning, scanned for channels and everything was up and running again. Have never experienced any problems with the box before. Very Strange!

Can anyone explain this? I read on here that unplugging it for a few days helps but why is this...?

it is a fault with vm dont all call up they are sending engineers to deal with it so hang tight and watch some porn or something.

you just have a bad flash that is all reflashe the box and wait for it to finish you wll get a pop up telling you then just wait fro the box to reboot and you will be sorted

Yes sky sports has turned to sky bet.Done a reset but its still skybet
