Is it possible to connect to a PS3 without wireless internet?
my ps3 is conneceted to net via a network cable.

You can connect it via USB cable. Just do it the same way you would a computer: plug a USB cord into the PS3 and the other end into the PSP. On the PSP's menu, click on USB connection. The PS3 should recognize your PSP just fine.
