Hello all, My question is do I need dvd burning software like Nero or can I do it all w/decrypter & shrink. I have a DVD/CD-RW. My notebook is running Windows Vista basic. I've tried several times to decrypt/and shrink to no avail. Can some please help this computer chalanged person? One of the problems I ran into is Shrink is analysing but it will not Encode. Am I doing something wrong before I get shrink.

Here is guide that tells you how to use Shrink/Decrypter to compress and burn. You do not need Nero.

What problem are you having with the encoding? I have Vista Home and Shrink is working with it fine. Are you getting an error message?

Yes that is one of the many proplems. The error message has been one of the problems

Ok Guys
I just tried to burn Wallace & Gromit, (stop Laughing now)
I followed everything to the T. When I closed Decrypter I got two messages. 1"Failed to set data for" 2"DVD decrypter play DVD movie on arrival"
I then went to Shrink and the following happened. When I dragged to Title 1 over it never analyzed, but it encoded. Then when Shrink was comple it returned to Decrypter and again nothing. At the bottom of the box it said "Device not ready,(Medium not present-close tray"
