1st- Since Sohn already covered the e-mail thing, I won't go into that.
2nd- Try turning off your PSP and turning it on again.
3rd- If that doesn't work, try pushing the brightness button (The rectangle with rounded edges along the bottom of the screen.)
4th- If it was pr0n that you were downloading, the PSP hates you for being such a bad person and broke itself.

Just go to your original post and use the edit button to clear out your email....Have you tried pulling the battery out? You might just be stuck in sleep mode or something.

@stiv3-are you using custom firmware by chance? Or have you not modified your firmware at all?

- stiv3 - glad to see you got rid of the email address, however your post is atrocious; English/human only on the public forums, no annoying text speak in future. Also, no foul language.

Make sure you hard boot (not put it in stand by mode) by holdng the power button up until the psp cuts off, if that doesnt work i would try to take the battery out for about 5 mins. hopefully that should work. When you cut it on, can you hear any sound when you press any buttons? if so it may just be your screen that is screwd up on it, if you can hear that clicks when pressing dir pad or buttons let me know, than u might be able to use your usb to hook up to ur computer and accessing the usb mode just by feel (i done it before on my friends semi-bricked psp, it had cfw probs at first).

Theres no umd in the bay either right? also, im sure you tried to turn up the volume psp before pressing any other buttons and when it first booted up did the psp bootup sound play. try taking out the mem stick also if you havent tried that

It sounds like he doesnt have custom firmware....He is on official 2.60-so no chance of semi-bricking.
@stiv3-did you try to press the brightness button?? Its the one down on the bottom of your PSP, next to the button that has the musical note on it...

Any sound at all like the splash bootup sound?? if not, then there;s really nothing i can do or say to help since i never dealt with a psp that has official sony firmware up there that has messed up like that. your problem sounds really rare.

firmware is to your PSP like Windows is to your computer...Its the operating system that makes your PSP do what it does..Your firmware version is 2.60...
It sounds like you have pretty much tried everything to get your PSP going...and thats too bad you didnt get it to work.
You might just have to end up replacing the LCD screen...
