this is really starting to p**s me off now
the guy i bought it off is replying top me on ebay, 4 days i had the damn thing, he had a 7 day return policy
just tried again, this time i left the box for 15 minutes even after the IFA software appeared to be doing nothing, after about 12-13 minutes the box said flashing done, rebooted the box and still...kein system...grrrrrrrrr
this is what the software said this time

that was done after less than 30 seconds, but i left the box running until it came up flashing done, but still it says kein system
just an FYI, in the very bottom corner of the IFA software it says pinging dboxII...Failed! it says that from as soon as the window opens, but the box, and the software appear differently
i got it going, what i was doing was cancelling the process after the IFA said complete, on off chance i left the box for 15 minutes and it came up flashing done
so i am away, used commande 8 first, but then switched to sportster 1.1
its still not perfect, the original sportster image was a lot better, im hoping the ebay seller will send me the image
