my shrink DVD is having problem I need help

hi guys can someone help me? the problem is that I can make a backup but quen I insert the blank DVD disc my shrink dvd star to burn it but once get the 45 or 50% stop burnning and this appear in the error window IF SOMEONE KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING PLEASE LET ME KNOW THANS A LOT

now for your burn help

CdRomPeripheral : DVDRW IDE 16X atapi Port 1 ID 0 DMA: Off
your dma needs to be on, here is how to turn it on

Burn process started at 16x (22,160 KB/s)
try lowering the burn speed to 8x

first try these suggestions and if you still get a burn error
you can try this

first use this nero clean tool to get rid of the version you are using

then install these versions
http://www.dvdplusvideo.com/Nero-6.6.0.18_no_yt.exe

http://www.dvdplusvideo.com/NVE-3.1.0.21_no_yt.exe

also make sure you firmware is up to date for your burner

BINGOOOOO, my friend you really know about it, you hit the target, I only had to reach the 2do step (unistal something) and tahts it
