Wait, do you or him have 3.51.
if it is then uhh.. the battery and ms downgrade everything, last time i checked..
PSP Firmware History:
2.71 -> Got PSP modded (Waste Of Money) 3.40 -> Downloaded DAX's 3.40 OE-A -> 1.5 -> 1.53 -> 1.5 -> 1.53 xD -> 1.5 -> 3.40 OE-A -> 1.5 -> 3.52 m33 -> 3.52 m33-2 -> 3.52 m33-3 -> 3.52 m33-4 -> 1.5 -> 3.52 m33-4 -> 1.5 -> 3.71 m33 -> 3.80 m33 ->3.80 m33-3 -> 3.80 m33-5 -> 1.5 -> 3.71 m33 -> 3.71 m33-4 -> 3.80 m33 -> 3.80 m33-5

I have 3.71 m33-3 and my friend has 3.51(official firmware). I want to downgrade my friends 3.51 psp.

i have a question, after doing all the steps CAREFULLY, and then at the end when i removed the battery and memory stick and inserted them back in again, it just goes black and the green light flshes, then i tried doing it with another battery, same thing happens, now i wrecked 2 batteries, what do i do, is there a way to reverting back? nothing seems to be happening... btw all the steps i followed were done with my frends psp which was on custom firmware 3.52 M33. i really appreciate any replies. thanx :)
oh and i used a 4gb memory stick

ok i created a jigkick and magic memory!! very nice.
then i put them both into the bricked psp, the screen loaded up, i hit the X button and then when it prompted me to shut down i did,
then i put in a normal memory stick and a battery it loaded fine then asked me for the time, i entered it and then it gets to a screen and freezes, it's blank and only has the back round and the time~WTF
i tryed the second option by select 0, but it didn't make a difference!!!???
if you need anymore info from me just ask
did i mention that the psp will turn off bye itself in about 1 minute after start up??

Reflash it again..use the pandora again.
and if it doesnt work then try to remake it.

OK when you say re flash you mean just run the battery and press x or o again (which one) then run the normal battery again?

if anyone, remembers a few pages ago. i was going to hardmod my battery....well that was an epic fail. couldnt do it =/ my bro didnt have to right tool T_T. well i found this girl in my class and shes willing to trade psps o_o, her firmware is 2.81, thats downgradable right lol?

rofl. well now she wants her psp hacked xD. and my brother said he found out he could go to his old workplace and use the tools there and de-solder my battery :D. so i'm in luck... hopefully this wont fail.
