Why can't I run this "portable DVD Shrink 3.2 " program ?

When I double-click on this portable program ( i.e. Portable DVD Shrink 3.2 ) , I got this message from Win XP Pro SP2 "Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file . You may not have the proper authority to access the item" . This program seems to be a DOS ( or 16 bit ) program as I recognized the icon of the .exe file . Also,a friend of mine claimed he could run in his Win XP system without any problem . But in the screenshot he showed me , it looked like a 256 color type of GUI .

Try right click on the .exe and select 'run as'

Yes! I have no problem running the reguar version of DVD Shrink v3.2.0.15...Just this portable that caused me problems ..Thanks
