Asking for new license then see what I got from 321.
Does anyboy PM me the license?
Due to the recent court injunction, we are no longer able to support the X Copy line of software. This includes DVD X Copy, Xpress, Platinum, Gold, DVD X Rescue and DVD Copy Plus. Further information will be posted on www.dvdxcopy.com in the coming days.
Thanks,

Asking for license details could be piracy mate. Be careful!

So does this mean the XCopy range is going to be abandon ware? No longer supported usually = abandonware.

THIS IS WHAT YOU DO EMAIL 321 studios telling them that you have an old licence( if you do, that is ) send them your licence details so they can comfirm you were are paying customer!!!
2ND ONCE they have sent you the new licence go to 321 studios and you will find it avalible for down
-load if not email 321 again telling them whats going on and they will sort it out

I tried that. I have a legal copy and I wrote them asking for a new license. Here is the response -
Hello,
Due to the legal injunction against us we can no longer support the software. Please go to www.dvdxcopy.com. They are taking over the support of all xcopy products. They are working to update the website now. Sorry for any inconvenience.

So what's the deal with this software? I bought X-Copy Gold a long time ago, and I would like the RF version, as I don't wish to see the warning screen anymore. I went to 321's site, logged in, and couldn't find it. It says I have 10 activations left, but yet I can't download it. I also posted on their forum, but uhh....I think it's dead. So can anyone help me out? I'd like either the RF version, (but then I'll need to know where to GET the ripper, how to add it, all that fun stuff) Or get the Platinum version. Thanks.

I have been using DVD X copy Plat under simple mode to burn my DVDs. I tried using 321Gone & Rip to no avail. I am sure they are good tools, however, they don't work on my version of Plat. 4.0.3.8. Nonetheless, I used VOBRator and InfoEdit to remove that annoying 321 screen. However, the ? is why can't I make a copy of the backup? If someone could point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it. I could store all my DVDs as VID_TS and use Nero to burn, however, that consumes a S-Load of space. Would prefer burning a DVD that is duplicatible.
Thanks..

I tried both links siber provided, but both copies weren't ripper free. 1 site gives you version 3.2.1, and the other 3.0.4 (The current one I have, and the last updatable version from the 321 site.) Am I missing something? What's the diff in versions 3.0.4 and 3.2.1 if anyone knows?

I have just looked on the 321 support site no downloads available for any versions of DVDXCopy Express or Platinum.I want the RF v of Platinum.Downloads can be got from the UK link that siber posted but how can you get the Licence ID + Password also they are not RF.I can not even convert my installed Platinum v 4038 (inc ripper)to RF via 321 Support so that I can use 321rip. Oh well I will just carry on with the brilliant 321Gone.
PsiDoc,carry on the good work fuelled by Guiness!
Cheers ispy

i100,
Why don't you try and get Platinum RF. The browse button works, no dvd backup warning, and with 321rip it becomes a ripper version.
Also about 321gone. type that into the search box.

flip218,
321 does not provide the new license.
That's why cannot use RF.
