Ok so i live in the UK. here, PS3s cost £400 ($800) where in USA i heard they cost $400 (£200) so effectively half the price. What i want to know is, if i bought a PS3 online from an American website, and had it shipped over to the UK, would it still work over hear? I would obviously need to get a UK power supply but other then that i dont know why it wouldn't Thanks for any replies :)

Basically, will a USA PS3 work in UK?

yes they would.blu-ray games are universal.you need to get the uk power thing.i would check out ebay.its also reliable and it would be cheaper!

I think you may find you connect to USA servers for online games - which could lead to lag. Not 100% but something you should think about.

Even though PS3 games are region free DVD's or Blu-ray is not, just something else to bear in mind.
