It has been two days now that i have switched on the PS3 & the background screen is in Purple instead of Black. Sometimes its normal but sometimes when i switch it on its purple. Don't know why it is like this, tried it on my other TV aswell but its the same. Any advice will be appreciated.

It is built into the PS3. The main color changes month to month as well as light to dark daily.

For a while they ran with a green-colored screen. That was quite ugly. At least the subtle purple is easier on the eyes.

It changes color every month???....Oo.....had no idea...and cant u change it back to black?
