i currently have 3.52 m33-4 firmware and i put the .iso in the ISO folder, and start the game....then a few 10 seconds later, the psp turns off. I have my kernel set to 1.50 and UMD loading set to Sony -No UMD-. I know that the iso is working fine because i played the game via Usb to the psp, but i would like to play without the usb (school, park, etc). if any one has any suggestions, please tell me, and thank you

Skip Sony logo: Enabled
Hide corrupt icons: Disabled
Game folder homebrew: 3.52 kernel
Autorun program at /PSP/GAME/BOOT/EBOOT.PBP: Disabled
UMD Mode: Sony NP9660 -No UMD-
Fake region: Disabled
Free UMD region: Disabled
Hard Reset on homebrew: Disabled
Use Vshmenu: Enabled
XMB Usb Device: Memory Stick

and i don't get to see anything in the game, no intro, nothing, the psp just stays black screen, then later shuts off. Not sure fully with what you mean bootgame

try this, go to to the recovery, configrations, and disable all options, and set the kernal to 3.52..

Then go to advanced, advanced configration, and disable all options.. thats the default settings.

Once you try this, let me know the results..

i set everything to Disabled, and still same thing happens, just black screen, then shuts off... also while it loads in that 10 seconds, the memory stick light (one with the magic gate symbol) stays lite up the whole time, should it be doing something else?

when loading an ISO, the memstick light should be flashing. Have you tried playing any other ISO game? I'm not sure, but the ISO might be corrupted or memstick might be fake, not sure of both since im not an expert.

no, i haven't played another ISO game, but i have played CSO games and they work fine, and this game worked perfectly when it was used via usb, so im pretty sure its not corrupted, and im pretty sure its a real mem stick, but then again im not sure what a fake stick looks like....also i saw people playing this game on videos online, so i know it works

My configuration:

skip sony logo (enabled)
hide corupt icons (enabled)
Game Folder Homebrew (3.52 kernel)
Autorun program...(disabled)
UMD mode (currently: normal -UMD required)
fake UMD region (disabled)
USE VSH menu (enabled)
everything else dusabled...

I think the problem is the UMD mode try the m33 driver or normal cuz i think sony has bit of problems
