Im having a problem lads loading up this TX ive opened up loader and software but it wont download for me any ideas
also if i get this done is it a bigdeal to program in. I suppose noone has a channel dump for this or 6 numbers for tomorrows lotto

i tried to access the secret menu using the euromax code 1968 nothing happened doesent look like there,s a secret menu.
anyway my mate is happy as a pig in sh*t when he first got ch****S i brought my euromax upto his house and it would not work

Travelled from Dublin to Limerick today to try the TX there.
Tunes all channels OK but only displays picture on Setanta Sports.
All EPG data is present and correct, just says "scrabled or bad channel" when anything but setanta is selected. Tried 2 boxes in 3 different locations - all with excellent signal strength. The same in each case. Anyone any ideas?

ya mate,, that image posted earlier appears that it doesn't have any cams active..
it's just gonna be a waiting game for the software.
but least it's picking up all the channels so lookin promising so far..
the channels you see are the unencrypted channels!

The emulator is active on the TX software as default, have to tried reflashing the box.

I dont know whats happening ive done same and only got 7 channels
all sentana but i did you manual scan on some and MTV came in and E channel but still waiting on the rest scrambled or badchannel showing
saying that it have 83 TVchannels and about 33Radio in total to tune in time will tell because i think thats all we can do

hi lads,
as in my earlier post(euro tx works) how many channels should my mate get in the navan area ch***S mmds i know that in ratoath on n*l mmds my other mate gets 94 channels while i get 140 in dublin

i'm sure you have done it correctly but the s/w that ships with it out of the factory does not have the emu module in it, so it effectively ships with FTA only s/w.

Thanks. I've re-flashed a sample box with the software and will try to get out of the city to test it sometime today. Do you know if there are any hidden menus in the TX and if so how to access them. Just wondering if the EMU is on by delault or if it needs to be enabled?

The emu key seems to be on by default but having same problem with picture in donabate area am going to try newbridge in uncles house hes on cho** mmds. Any help or guidence would be great The eurovox max use 1968 to access secret menu does not seem to be on tx model but maybe i am doing something wrong anybody know whats the right steps to take when doing install.

After the scan has finished are you getting any on screen message "code-updating"

guys that's the same flash as before?
how do you know the emu is on?
seems if it is that it's not working in the slightest...
btw.. i've tested this and still onl fta channels..

yes i know it's the same files, i jsut wanted them to try a different one in case they were using a corrupt one.
The EMU is on as default as i tested the box/software.
I am in the Uk but i checked with a friend in cork whose boxes are working fine, although he did say it took a while to clear.

Thanks. In which menu/submenu do you input 1969?
It would be a great help to everyone if someone who has DEFINITELY got a TX to work properly could post a step-by-step installation and setup guide.

Enter it from the main menu, it will allow manual key input but Emu on/off option is removed as it's permanently on.
i'll have my friend i cork do a quick Read-me for everyone....
