Can anyone confirm that the
'evx tx tx_23_11_07' is the latest software for the TX and the channel dump for Chorus from 'Eamos' is the correct/current one?
Need to set up a TX for someone to take down the country with them!!

Nice one, thanks Scouser. Hopefully it will be the right thing for the job, seeing as that lazy Man U fan did not include this in his guide (lol HiTeck!!!)

Hi, Im new at all this, just bought a eurovox tx box, and live in meath,havent received it yet, but can anyone help me through gettin git to work, how to flash it etc.Also.I had chorus digital and got it removed, still have ariel on roof, will I have to get basic package to getthe box working.

hi SlanePaul, I am in the same boat as you, just received my eurovox tx,I dont have an aerial though, waiting for C****s to install basic package. You have an aerial though, so you don't need a basic package with them. As far as flashing it is concerned, it depends on whether youre getting a box thats already got the latest firmware installed on it or not. I f youre getting a blank box like me, then you'll need to flash it.This is done using a null modem cable attached to the box and your pc. You need to download the latest firmware to your pc, you can do that at the Eamos FTA library. Download that and the STB loader. Yours might have the latest firmware though, so you might not need to know all this just yet.
If i have misled slanepaul on anything here those of you with a greater knowledge than me might put us both in the clear.

One other thing you will need is a mmds power supply dc adapter as shown here https://www.bubblecableboxes.com/categories/MMDS-Ariels-%26-Power-Supply%27s/
C****s probably took theirs with them.

Guys,
Just a quick one. Does THE BOX or DREAMBOX work with N*L MMDS?
Does the MMDS antenna suffice on it's own or do you have to have at least the basic package?
I have been told by a guy who used to work for N*L that all you need is the aerial, is there any truth to this?

Sorry need to add to this, afer starting it up and doing an auto scan i have 85 channels and 33 radio so it seems to be working however i can only view 2 channels, the rest are black(scrambelled or bad). When trying to flash the box for 27/11/07 its just staying at 0%, please help, im going nuts here.

Hi i'm new to this. can anyone help. first i have ch***s mmds ariel and down converter. is the tx the power supply for the ariel or can i use existing Ch***s power supply. also i tried flashing the box with files from eamos library but cant open bin file what programme can open theese files as info with box said software not suplied.appreciat any help.
