In Eamo's there are 2 files you need, one is the loader application and the other is the bin file.
Whatever you say, say nothing when you talk about you know what for if you know who might hear you, you know what youll get. Youll be sent off to you know where for you would not know how long. Maybe I could search through the threads so you dont have to ??

SG8 ive tried these and when i press execute nothing happens, it says downloading but stays at 0%, any suggestions?

This problem may be due to a bad or corrupted flash.
To resolve go to Eamos FTA Library (link above) and download EV_TX_CHLD_FIX_rev03.zip. Unzip and flash your TX box. (Helpful txt files here also)This may resolve the issue and then flash the box with EVX_TX_H_071123.bin. Let me know if it works.

hi ben, ive tried this but still the same problem, it stays at 0% no matter what file i execute, im at a loss with this one:(

Hi.
Sorry took so long to get back. flashed new box no channels found.
do i need to connect Ch****s ariel power supply to eurovox box as i don't think signal from ariel is coming thru. anyone know if i can connect the Ch****s power supply adapter to eurovox as i have a suspision this may work? any help would be greatly appreciated.

A mmds aerial is not working without electrical power. The power inserter feed the builtin downconverter with power over the aerial cable and let pass the signal in the direction of the TV output.

ok.
i was under the impression that the eurovox might power up the ariel when plugged in. so can i use my old Ch****s ariel power supply and cinnect this to my eurovox?
U think this will resolve the problem. i have an old ch****s sagem box and when i scan with it it picks up all the FTA channels so i'm assuming if i have a signal it should work with eurovox if i can figure out how to connect power supply to eurovox.

i have an old Ch****s Sagem Box with power supply to power up ariel.

i just got new eurovox tx and flashed with software for same.
no channels found can i add i connected areil cable directly to eurovox box assuming the box would power up ariel. have a feeling i need to connect Ch****s ariel power supply directly to eurovox. is this possible? any help appreciated.

As said above yes you need to connect the power insertor also.

Note the frequency, delete the channel. Then do a manual scan on the noted frequency. It will appear at the end of your channel list.

As said above yes you need to connect the power insertor also.

hi scouser,i have same problem with sky sports 2 tried the manual scan too no luck ,noticed its the only channel and that the signal has dropped on that channel

Area dependent but sounds about right and maybe as said above your TP has also settled. No need for a powerscan on a regular basis, unless TPs have changed or new channels are added to the line up.

scouser how are you, why is it that mmds have such fewer channels than true cable?is it that certain frequencies can't be transmitted?surely they have tech too counter this?
