right you no how you can download psx games from the playstation network and then transfer them onto your psp, can you reverse it?

not with games downloaded from the ps network but just a psx iso, or is it a totally different format?

i dont own a psp or i would transfer a psx game from ps3 to psp, then stick the sd card in my pc and have a look.

anyone with a psp whose tried this, is it just a standard iso?

Hacked PSPs use a CSO instaed of an iso but I'm not sure if there is anyway to transfer from PSP to PS3. I thought you could only do the opposite.

i really want to know what file format the downloaded game off psn saves to the psp as...
i don't know if the psn game would be a CSO because its under 700mb so i guess it wouldn't need any compression.
also if it was an a standard ISO then theoretically you would just be able to transfer a psx iso over to the psp right?, but then again sony aren't stupid so i guess its probably a different format all together.

maybe theres a potential exploit here, it would kick ass to play some Metal gear on a big screen!
