I can't get my PS3 working on the internet pleaseee help

I have a NTL broadband internet connection which i have connected a ethernet cable from to0 my PS3 but as i try the internet connection test[b][/b] it has a DNS problem and has the numbers 80710102 next to it. I really do not know what to do please help.

Call your ISP and see if they can get you going. How did you try to set up the connection on your ps3? Did you manually do everything or did you let it auto detect your settings?

ISP is internet service provider. Call customer support of whoever you got your internet from. Try letting it do everything automatically because if you did everything manually then you enterd something wrong.
