there's actually a controller that resembles a mouse, its used mainly for fps. IGN gave t a good review and said it was decently responsive.

If it is bluetooth then chances are it will work for basic use like internet and so forth but for games (right now) no, although I have read Unreal 3 will support key & mouse.
