can somebody please help?i was palying call of duty on monday night when the screen went blank and said(cannot play disc)since then none of my games or dvds or anything will work.The menu and everything start normally but when i put something in you cant even hear it trying to read it.any ideas.

If its still under warranty take it back to the shop you bought it from and say its faulty or ring Sony and tell them your problem.

Try swithing it of at the plug for about 5 minutes,then switch it on again,also what game gave you the problem.

it was call of duty.was working for a few minuted and just turned off now nothing is working

Leave it off over night and try it in the morning,the shop you bought it from should replace it right away for you.
