We'll by now we should all know about the ps2 adaptor but what if...by chance we dont have the adaptor? And we keep all our save files on our pc? What should we do then....is there any way of sending them straight to the ps3 via storage unit like a flash drive of some sort? Sadly i do not know the format needed to do such a thing.

Any suggestions?

Once you install it on the ps3 it is in .psv format. There is no way at this time to convert a save to .psv format without the memory card adapter. On the bright side you can save all of your .psv files to a pc by copying them off of the ps3 onto a memory device then sticking that in your computer.
