Can you back up AnyDvd & DVD Shrink onto a blank disc

Hi
I was just wondering if anybody nows weather you can save AnyDVD, DVD Shrink, ImgBurn and DVD Decrypter,Windows Media player and a another CDs Burning software called Sonic onto a black disc and than put them on to a new PC which will have Window Vista on it.
If you can how do you do it?
And if you can will it work all right?

if your reformating to Vista you will want to reload the programs fresh , imgburn, dvd decrypter and dvd shrink are freeware so its not a problem wmp will load automatic when you load vista. clonedvd 2 + anydvd are pay programs that you have to have a keycode for to use so save your keycode assuming you have a legit copy and reload the programs after you reformat to vista and use the same keycodes

Yes.
You can burn the applications (the setup file/s that install them) onto a blank CD, then install them from the CD onto your Vista system. As stated by ZoSoIV, AnyDVD is a pay application which requires a key to activate it, so I would backup the key file as well to reactivate the application once reinstalled on the new system.
You state you have sonic, you can use sonic for that backup process (look for backing up files to CD or record now function)

Thank for your help I am very greatful.
I am still having problams I click on the link and followed the guide which it say Click Start and choose Run.
Remove any text in the Open: line.
Type in the below command and click OK.

Note: Your User Profile folder should open in a separate window.
At the top of the window, look for the Address toolbar. If you don't see this toolbar, from the View menu choose Toolbars then select Address bar
The problam is that I can not see any toolbar so what do I do?
