can a u.s. ps3 play ps2 imported games??? cause i have my eyes on a game called saint seiya the hades saga, or actually any saint seiya game. the problem is that the game is japanese so plz some1 answer my question...

No. PS2 games and DVDs are region encoded and PS3 games are not. Import PS3 games yes but import PS2 games no.

tnx. but i was told that it might have something 2 do with the gb.. ihave a 60gb ps3.. i understand that the 60 is the best 1 they came out with.. they told me that the 60 is the only ps3 that could read ps2 imported games.. help me out here plz. could i been wrong on believing this??

60GB was best for PS2 emulation. Therefore the best model of all time.
