wow i can't believe you find that difficult lol

this is all you have to do

Instructions

- Copy the UPDATE folder into /PSP/GAME/
- Get the 3.80 sony update from somewhere, and put it in same folder, with name "380.PBP".
- Run it, the update will be done by Sony updater. At the end when you are asked to reboot the
PSP pressing X or O, do it.

Okay, for starters, to update to 3.80 M33-4, you need to already have custom firmware... 3.52 M33 or above... ::SIGH::
To downgrade a slim, u need to make a pandora's battery... its the only way. To make a pandora's battery, you already need to know somebody with a slim with custom firmware! Its pretty hard if you don't know anyone with custom firmware... It took me like 2 months.
After you get custom firmware, then you paste all of da files on the MMR stick and it should work.

My PSP FAT History: 3.40 > 3.51 > 3.71 > 3.71 M33-4 > 3.80 M33-5 > 1.5 Kernel Addon >I restored a slim's nand-dump.bin on mine and it died... so i sold it.

My PSP SLIM History: 3.60 > 3.80 M33-5 > 3.90 M33-2...

im just checking if this is what u have said, im kinda confused here and there,
interpretion of what u have said(details):
step1: download the Offical sony v3.80 update & download the firm ware done by dark alex v3.80m33
step2: Copy the UPDATE folder into /PSP/GAME/
step3: RENAME the Offical version to 380.pbp(means the version done by dark alex does not need to be renamed?)- Run it, the update will be done by Sony updater. At the end when you are asked to reboot the PSP pressing X or O, do it.(means dark alex's firmware will automatically run by the offical one?- if it is is kinda nasty haha XD jkjk)

see when you download 3.80m33 there will be a folder

called UPDATE

so what you do is get the official 3.80 EBOOT and named it 380.PBP
AND JUST DRAG TO THE UPDATE FOLDER

yo!
