Should i have got the choice to choose a provider,Also parental control is not acessable. Also just to let you know the aerial is from an old system, maybe analogue

I see the same as you.
No choice of provider, only automatic or manual scan.
Automatic scan ,scans 12 transponders from 234 to 378Mhz.
I did a manual scan and that found the channels for me.

Hi Celtic,
thanks for the help, where in the manual scan can i enter the symbol rate of 6.875,
by just entering the frequencies on there own i still cant get any channels,
another thing is in manual scan, level and quality are at 0 %, should i at least have a signal on these bars, or is it only when i get a channel.

thanks

Sorry , Im not sure of the b0x-T set up

When you go into manual scan , do down and highlight the symbol rate and you should be able to use the numbers on your remote to enter 6875

You dont need the symbol rate as the Box T is only for Ch**us MMDS, just use the frequencies Celtic gave you, although it should be picking them up with an autoscan if you are receiving digital MMDS.

Have you got a Yagi or a Parabolic aerial ?
Are you sure you have the downconverter in the correct polarity ,Horizontal or Vertical ?
I think I will write an installation guide for this as so many people are asking about it.

Just noticeing now that you have version 5.01e E installed

Im nearly sure you should have "The Box-T V1 api.bin" installed

The firmware and loader can be found in Eamo's Library in the bottom of my post.

The polarity depends on your local transmitter.
Check the aerials in the neighbourhood.

You need 3 scart leads to connect SV to DVD recorder

1. SV to TV
2. DVD to TV
3. SV to DVD

I also use a coax cable to connect the SV to DVD and it works perfect
