What else would you want? Almost every type of audio and video. And nearly every type of picture.

It will play everything but .mkv videos, animated images (which I wish they'd get that working), and the odd avi.

Oh sorry about that, I thought the list had a lot more some how. At least it's most of the commonly used ones. I think they should add .MOV support.

Dont be sorry dude, the most commonly used ones are the most important. But i would like to see more options, animated PNG and JPEG would be cool, they would make my themes look a lot better looking,at the moment they are just passable.

They should allow demos or paid downloadable content to be transferred to or saved from the system besides the PS store using a USB type method like the firmware updates use or something similar. It would also benefit those who pay for games off the PS store as well. They give people a 5 limit download why not give people the opportunity to save the content they pay for forever. The PS store sucks because it lags even with a decent internet connection, and doesn't give the option to save the content without creating a system backup. For those that don't want to save everything on the PS3 except for a couple of files it would make sense to allow transferring to and from the system the demos or paid content people download. They could improve this since it has been brought up a number of times.

That would be cool if they supported that.
And on an off-topic note -- We need in-game XMB.

Well you could always wait until the end of the round or game. Then just message people while you are in the lobby.

They've been telling us that it will be coming soon for almost a year now, somehow I don't think I'm going to hold my breath. As much as I'd love to have it I still don't expect to see it for awhile, because if they haven't gotten off their asses to do it yet I don't see it being too high on their priority list.
Remember anything they do they will only do because it sells more PS3's, not many people realize the problem with the in-game xmb until after they have bought the system.
