will any mic do for games such as cod4 online do i need to have one with the headphones or jus a mic wat works best ! any ideas wud b great b4 i waste any euro on rubish

Anyway, I have the Playstation Eye, and I'm only using it as a mic right now. It's cheap. It's like 30 bucks. Apparently this thing is super sensitive and clear because when I was ripping a DVD, about 5 feet away from the mic, everyone in the game heard it. I was only ripping a DVD. The mic level was set at 3. I've since reduced it to 2.

The noise cancellation on it is supposed to be really good too. My friend says he hears me loud and clear with nothing else going on around me.

Considering how good it is as a mic, and its cheap price, I say go with the Playstation Eye. On top of that, it's supposed to be a very important part of the future of the playstation.

ha ha sound pinky lol . yea the lads are on about each gettin a ps3 an goin mad online wit a bag of cans so i said id throw it out there on wat to buy etc goin by ur review of the eye i might purchase lol
