I got a new psp and would like to download games. How do I make one or come about getting one. what does it do and is it worth getting.
My psp says 3.73 in the system settings

lol its not called pandoras box that i knw of....but yea ur going to need s pandora battery and memory stick...do you have a friend or something wit a modded psp???

No I just heard about it. I was buying all these games and then selling them after i beat them and someone told me about this battery thing that I could download games and so on.
Is this true?
How do I make this thing or do this and is it worth doing to my machine? I know nothing about this stuff

I have been doing some research.
My system is 3.73
I would like to be able to download games and so on. How do I know what I want it to down grade too? Please help me know if someone knows where to get one!

your gonna need a pandora battery and you will need a magic memory stick. go to the psp mod section and go read the stickys at the top
my magical psp journey thing:
slim (+[__]%): 3.60 > 3.71 > 3.73 > 3.80 > 3.71m33-2 > 3.71m33-4 > 3.80m33 > 3.80m33-5 > 3.90m33-2

does it matter what it downgrades it too? I have seen some on ebay that go down to 1.5 and some that go down to 3.5m something. I dont know which to get
I wish there was an easier way

since your on 3.73 then no.
but do you hav a slim or fat?

With the battery and memory stick, you can downgrade the original PSP to any firmware back to 1.5, and you can downgrade the Slim back to version 3.71, it's initial firmware.
mine is 3.73 and I would like to be able to download games is this what i need for battery and magic stick?

u need the battery and magic card and u will be able to play dl games

above is what this person is selling is this what i need? its a 1 gb mem stick and the batter and this is what he has labeled it doing

Where are you looking to buy a Pandora Battery off? cause if its ebay, they charge alot and theyre known to be dodgy.

that was the same things that I was looking at on ebay it was a red battery like that. Dont I need that magic stick thing as well for it to work?
That is more up my price range, im not paying 100 bucks for a battery and stick

Yeah you do need a magic memory stick, but that just involves putting the correct files on your memory stick, and there's many guide and auto-installers on these forums. Completely free for that bit

Where are you located Nrth16? There are members here that will put custom firmware on your psp and there's also another site that a list of people that do it - I just can't think of the site right now.

I can't think of anyone in Wisconsin - if there is maybe they will pop in.
I'll try and find the link to the site that has a list of people that mod.
Do you have a memory stick already for the psp? You can use that for the magic memory stick then just get the Datel Tool Battery - guide
