new firmware is being worked on at the moment, its not known yet as too when it'll be released

hiya peoples, i had the same thing last nite. i got the codes and it worked last nite. then this morning it went off. must have been after 8.30-9 it was working when i woke up at 7.30am.. i got same software 4.00ee and same st**v**w box. u reckon this is gonna be a regular thing or can we auto update with new software??
i did read in the thread that its in the pipeline

hi people ew to this forum, i have the Starview 2 box, but unsure as to what software i have installed on it, is there any way of finding this information out, and also i have lost all my channels, so any news would be appreciated, thanks

codes are found here, add it to your favourites and be patient for when the codes change they will be updated, press menu and system information to see what firmware you have installed, not hat it matters now anyway... (if ya read up the thread)

What about ex c&w???? does anyone know anything about this because ive tired tons of codes and none have worked, had one working last night but its stopped again today

my box has gone off too, im running the v 4 software and had no problems at all for over a year it just kept auto rolling, however from yesterday the box has just continuousley rolled and rolled, it did work for ten mins then started again to roll and roll.
Ive tried every code and non work in the ex c & w area so it looks like either another firmware update which hopefully will be out soon or just maybee virgin have at last caught up ! hope not.
keeping fingers crossed that the genius lads on here can help us out once again, thanks for trying lads and girls.

hi need codes for lanarkshire ex telwest tried them all to date no luck i have a starview box working off the latest 400eE_api software up to yesterday it updated no problem but then i had to get new codes from here last night they worked fine up till today any help/advice would be welcome thanks in advance
