zappy, i did do a full scan.. it took 15 mins via brutforce transponder to pick them up.
they are listed in their full glory , bbc1 works ok.
it says service not found when i go to sky sports 1, which is listed in the channels list i.e scanned!!

nope no go.
just aint gonna happen for me, something not quite right.
scanned re scanned flashed re flasehd et etc etc and nothing.

This autorolls the keys. Theyre bein a pest. Thats 3 times today theyve hit them.
Should be fine after this guys.
The post i made previous is for dreamup newest version.
Click no when asked to flash erase or you will lose the channels you are looking for.

Still no luck tried all different versions of dreamup.
Can get bbc and all basics can get dave+1 but not dave...can get screen 2 but not other movie/sport.
Still no sky 1 appearing

Sorry not making myself very clear.
After I carry out the scan I do have listings for all channels except sky 1
I have all basic channels and things like fx, dave +1, screen 2.
No Dave or any Movie/Sport
Sorry for lots of postings just re-read mine and they didnt really give good explanation.

Just found something else of interest. Was watching BBC1 news actually and programme was directed to news in your area....and I am receiving Londons news lol
Im all the way down in devon :0)
Dont know if that info will be of any use

Just use my last dreamup to upload the image. Click no to erase and you should be ok..

Untick use nework:
make sure ur box is off..click connect it will pick up your box.
Click on flash,,,choose...image
when it comes up do you wish,want or fucking do you flash erase!!!!!
select no. then it will begin to flash your box with the avaliable equipment that you need.
and after that you can plug it in and away you go.

Hi Chris
I just wanted to let you know I flashed your new null modem image on to my dads new unit but it didn't work here in Dublin . All the channels appeared in the menu with what should be on now & next underneath but no sound or picture.I tried restarting ect.
I am not complaining I flashed your old image on & thats working fine for the moment. Just to let you know.

seems it is hit and miss if cgscotts backupimage works for us all.
i have tried all variations of dreamup and no joy at all.
