Okay, so I have an Omni LTV-3207 hdtv that will output 1080i through HDMI and 1080p through YpBpR. My first question is which output should I picki for my ps3, 1080i through HDMI or 1080p through the other one??

Question 2: Whenever I go to play a game, it will always be displayed at 720p no matter what input or what game. Even with 1080i/p games like Call of Duty 4 or GTAIV it still goes to 720p, requiring me to disable 720p in my display options. After I disable 720p, it will display in 1080i/p fine. Why does it do that?

Question 3: My tv seems to cut off a bit of the right-hand side of my display ONLY when displaying through hdmi. 720p has more cut-off than 1080i though (for example when playing prostreet I can barely just see my speedo) I have the same problem when outputting through hdmi with my 360. I have also gone into tv settings and adjusted the horizontal position which gets me another 2/3 of an inch. (im starting to think number 3 might be more for the tv section lol).

Anyways any help anyone has to offer would be greatly appreciated.

1) You should use the 1080p. It'll be a noticeable quality difference over the 1080i.
