Hi
I know this probably sounds stupid but I have bought a PS3 and I am trying to connect it to a samsung LCD TV it wouldn't work so the man at dick smith told me i needed a HDMI cable which I bought and although it works with a game in it, once we take the game out all that comes up on screen is no signal we don't have a menu screen or anything can anyone please help me its driving me mad:)

ok go back to the scart cable and go to back to your normal screen not HD then go into display settings and go up to the HD settings and then go to the HD screen and it should come up and press X (yes) then set audio settings should come up go into it and set them to HD

NEED ANYMORE HELP WB

Even when we connect it with the
AV cords it still comes up with no signal, when we bought it from the shop it was actually set up in the shop as in we had to buy the demo model it was the only one that they had left

While the ps3 is on standby hold the power button down for about 10secs until you hear 3 or 2 beeps and that will reset the video settings. I dont know if this is the problem though give it a shot.
