JUST GOTA NEW THEBOX SUPER,MY FRIEND HAS SAME WORKING WITH NTL.HE JUST PLUGED IT INTO NTL TV SOCKET AND WAS RECIEVING ALL CHANNELS BUT WHEN I PLUGED IT NTL TV SOCKET IT SHOWS NO SIGNAL.THE DIGITAL RECIEVER BOX IS BEEN PROGRAMED ALREADY BUT I DONT KNW WATS THE PROBLEM.PLEASE HELP,I LIVE IN WALTHAMSTOW AREA OF EAST LONDON.PLEASE HELP ME

Please drop the caps. No signal means just that, are you plugged directly into the RF cable in socket on the back of the box?

thx for response,i have pluged one end of thr TV cable into ntl tv socket on the wall and other onto thebox super input socket behind.I did exactly the same way my mate has done.but no signal..........please help

If you plug the coax directly into your TV do you get channels?

I havent tried as i dont have the conecting cable from socket direct to tv.But i did all the conections right from socket-box-tv, what could be the problem.I read some other foram for this box.....they stated updating firmware or changing some setting in the box if no signal appers.......help thx

Thats the next stage but if you can just connect the coax into your TV to check the signal.

No problem will do. Try it in your mates house when you get a chance as you know his is fine so this will tell you if its the box or your cable.

press menu then press 1570 on the remote (note this dos'n not show on the box)then last option- emu-set to on exit to a premier station ie sly movies

thx for reply....i pressed menu it asked for password i entered 1570 but its wrong.its not letting me get through password.....wat to do ....i typed 0000 -the default stated in the handbook but still incorect....help

it has cable in - cable out for the tv cable and rgb and scart for tv input.....i have pluged the cable from n*l in the cable in input.

i dont have that box and cannot remember how many coaxial connections on back of box as with starview1 people plugged it into wrong socket=no signal
