I am sure the developers are anxious too, in order to get a fix for this mayhem, but then again it isn't an easy task, so it will actually take quite a while for a fix to kick in, or even soon. Patience is the key.

Hmm seems pretty bad where you are now then.. the only major problem im having at times is my scart not getting along with my box and TV :|

sonofa...now all sports channels gone !! Can any of the stalwarts (scouser,hiteck,SG4 etc) of the thread shed any light at the end of this tunnel ? Are all areas in dublin finding this ?

They have all shifted to Nagra 2 for now and then will shift onto Nagra 3. Kryptview is the only box that has a temporary solution to this as they have the Nagra 2 keysets.

Thanks, does this mean the eurovox max will be useless going forward or is there a chance the developers can come up with software that can be flashed to allow it to decode again ?

fair enough... I just tried to read a little about there to save asking too simplistic questions on the thread for those in the know but would it be 100% accurate to say although some posts were claiming they had cracked nagra 3, the fact is that it hasnt been cracked so far by the developers so everyone is basically waiting to see if they can do so ?

I was talking to one the the sellers of the euro vox and he said they should have some fix for the problem in the next week or so. Not trying to get anybodys hopes up but letting you knw what i heard

I guess i spoke too soon the other night when i said i still had all my stations.
i came home this evening and it says updating codes and is not auto-rolling. Are others experiencing this problem this evening also ?
I have a Eurovox Max V 2008 Black
Im on Ch^^us
Im in North Co Dublin.

The S/W ver i have is 1.0 STC4 Apr 18 2008
thats the last time i had auto problems up till today.

I'm the same but we really just need to be patient. It's saying I need to insert a Smart Card. I'm sure the techies are working on it and will get back to us with a solution soon enough.

yes but usually if there is a probem loads would be on here, i think my old firmware might be up and need the one from december.
i went in to look at the codes and they were all blank, im wondering if i got codes from someone who sees codes in here for ch^rus then it would work.
i know that codes are no longer posted on here, im just wondering were are they posted....yeah i'll sit tight..!!
is it a wide area problem across most boxes, and most networks i.e NThell, Ch^rus, UK also ?
sorry for bothering u and everyone else.
bad timing this coming into the w/e with premiership back, i cant watch my team liverpool :)
ya see when my box goes i dont have any stations at all, cause the Eurovox signal messed up the Ch^rus signal so dont get any picture or sound when i plug ch^rus box back in, so its not as if i can switch back like others :(:(:(

I don't recommend downloading bigmaq toolbar because its pooh!!! it only gives you the codes for the previous day which in turn means that if the codes are rolling everyday (like they were sometime last year) every code you get is useless as soon as you get it.
In regards to the guy whose box is gone and he cant get regular channels even when he plugs back in his horus box there is a big problem BIG and only reason people are not on here tearin the forums too pieces is the fact that there is no fix as of yet and most people haven't even noticed yet as the cable companies are only switching to nag3 channel by channel. But rest assured if someone is able to create such a programme then 100% there is someone out there that can cheat it there has to be its logical sense someone created it so that person knows how to do it or at least break it down. so patience and trust in our great team of tekkies will eventually bring a solution.
