You need to input menu language 1968 and enable emulator.

the minute you press language just press 1968 on the remote, and another box will open down the bottom with emalutar just go to it and enable it
and dont forget to press the red button to save it otharwise it will stay disabled if you just exit

are you sure you pressed the red button or green to save it before you pressed exit, check and see if it is still on, do it again menu language 1968 and when you enable it press the red button before you do anything else to save it

They locked in on the DBox2 and the Krypt yesterday but not on the ex...strange one that ! I checked their frequencies out (355.726 and 347.726) and they should be picked up on the eurovox.

if them channels wont come in for anybody try doing a manual scan after 9pm and they will scan in then
i just tought red would be best to write that in cos i could'nt find the blue,LOL

It does seem you can only pick up those channels when they are transmitting...strange

Hi all, hope I'm posting in the correct place.
I am on NT*Hell in Dublin, using a Eurovox Max V , which has been out of commission the last few months. Is there a firmware update that will fix my box or not. And if there is what symbol rate should I be scanning at. Also what range should I be putting in for the scan.

Hey everyone. Need help once again. Thought I was getting everything right- how i thought wrong. Just hooked up a eurovox ex5100 pvr to my bedroom. I have put the latest firmware onto it. However I have tried all the install features to find channels but Its not finding some sky channels such as sky action and sky 2/3. I have the emulator on but im still finding it difficult to get all the channels.
If anyone can help me that would be great.Hopefully one day Ill know things

Plenty of help here, but you have to help yourself too
Menu-- OK--1968-- enable emulator. HIT RED TO SAVE.
Exit back to screen.See are channels clearing,if not check emulator
Menu--OK--1968. Now check is emulator enabled.
If emulator is OK and still can't view chls. try this;
MENU--OK--1968--1968; HIT BLUE (DEFAULT KEY)
If still in trouble go to SYSTEM INFO, check firmware type & date
Get back here with ; SYSTEM INFO details
NAME & MODEL of BOX
