Hello Mates! Hope some one cud help, I have lost all channels on my Starview super USB box and also tried to update it with the new firmware which is V1.07 but did not help am only recieving the free view channels pls help

Menu > 1570
Turn keycode on
Go to set default key > press ok
Exit to s*y sports (for the uk) s*y two (for Ireland).

Hello all. I'm in the same spot of bother as all the rest seem to be in. I have done a factory reset, re-scaned and have put it on sly sports and yet nothing. My emu is on. I've rebooted. All thats left for me to do seems to be re-flash. Any other ideas before i get the cables out and my hair

Ok problem resolved.. After many factory resets finally back up and running but i have no discovery channels. any ideas

Delete the mal-functioning channels and re-scan. Should find them again up at the top numbers and you can then move them back down to whereever you want them.

Presume you are talking Starview - From the affected channel - Press Menu, OK on Installation down to Manual Scan OK and then the Frequency that appears in Down Frequency (Should be the correct Frequency if you have not been altering things) Just press OK and it will Scan on that ONE frequency, (Will probably appear at the end of your channels listings) then just re-order in Channel Edit and delete the non working one. If you need to enter the frequency manually, just check the frequency on ZEE Cinema, should be the same, (If you are in UK) - and enter it into Down Frequency via keypad on remote and follow the same procedure.
EDIT:- Should add it is only for the UK.

Hi Guys
anyone got any ideas have just updated my starview 3 to the latest firmware and the likes of mutv liverpool chanel celtic chanel and chelsea chanel and all the adult channels are comming up bad signal. I am not using a splitters they are striaght feeds. I have tried to get them back manualy but no joy anyone got any ideas

N*L are changing over to the new nagra3 encryption and these channels were first for the snip, eventually all channels will be gone.

I have a starview 1 and am also missing LFCTV and a lot of other channels. Have tried autoscan and manual scan but to no avail. I still have all sports, movie channels. Anyone any news on same? Thanks Matty.

New software is needed it will be late summer at the earliest for Diablos and longer for boxes.
BTW why are all the national channels not FTA on cable surely that is illegal when you are paying a sub and licence??

These channels have now moved to N3 so it wont matter how many times you scan your box you will not get them back and its only a matter of time before more move up the tree and at the present time there does not look like there is likely to be a fix for a while to come so enjoy what you have for the moment

What's N3 then ? Is this a signal that can't be decrypted ?

Not just one by one but dependent on sub tiers. And yes for the moment, but I never say never :)
But you will still have channels for quite a while yet. But you will notice them going as time goes by.
