Right i dont have a long enough connection or wireless internet to transfer anything onto ps3 that way.
However can put anything onto ipod and transfer via USB cable.
I have downloaded a .PKG demo - can i put this onto ps3 and install with out internet connection??
This can be done with a USB pendrive...im not sure aboout an ipod though. I think you would need to use a program called PS3Proxy to transfer them across, if you search google you should find the info you need.
Ps3Proxy is a nice little program. With it you can bypass the firmware check and get online with lower firmwares, you can reroute downloads to pkg files stored on your computer, and some people are working on turning the information bar into a tool with live feeds instead. I'm still on firmware 2.30 and will not update until 2.4 and the in-game-xmb are released.
