Hi there after some tech problems with my internet im now trying to connect my ps3 back up for online gaming but it says its unable to establish a connection .Can someone please help me set up my ps3 onto the net and tell me where to get the settings .
Im using a cable modem and as i said it was working fine until i had some problems with my internet but thats now sorted .

Why don't you wait until you get your internet issue sorted out?
I mean there is no point on trying to get your PS3 online if your internet is not working properly.

My internet connection is working fine now as i said above but just cant get connected with ps3

Anyhow, what settings are you using on your PS3 - manual or automagic?

Have you tried power cycling your modem after connecting it to your PS3?

Thanks guys im now sorted as it turns out my internet speed was being upgraded the night i was trying to play online so must had something to do with it .
