Newbie here and browsed through the forums. I have a PS3 connected to my PC via Nero MediaHome. It works fine since I can browse the indexed folders. I have a bunch of movies (DVDS) on my PC. I can access the video folders (VIDEO_TS). I can see vob files, hit the first one, it starts playing back fine. Is there a way to have it playback all of them in the right order automatically or do i have to play one at a time manually from my PS3? Can they be mered into one giant file? Any suggestions? I want to know if there is a way or do I have to convert them to something else first? Thanks.

You can use a tool called vob2mpg (google it). You point it at Video_Ts folder and it joins all vob files into one mpeg file. It usually takes about 1 minute per DVD. Before you do that though, I would recommend you run the DVD through Shrink DVD (google it) or other similar app and strip out unnecessary audio streams and video content. vob2mpg can get confused sometimes and doesn't know which audio track to to use - you may end up with Spanish when you wanted english. So what you want is your main English audio in AC3 format (Dolby Digital). Vob2mpg and Ps3 don't know what to do with DTS audio.
