OK WELL MY PS3 BUSTED MONTHS AGO I TRIED 2 SAVE CASH 4 A NEW ONE BUT MY PARENTS R SAYING 2 FIX IT.BUT THERES A PROBLEMI DONT KNOW ANY PLACE THAT CAN FIX IT JUST TO LET YOU ALL KNOW WE HAVE NO (SONY,WALMART,CAUSE IM FROM GUAM WE DONT HAVE DAT).WE HAVE GAMESTOP BUT THEY DONT FIX PS3s SO PLEASE ANYONE I NEED SOME HELP CAN YOU TELL ME A PLACE I CAN FIX IT BY MAIL AND DOESNT COST MORE THAN 200 DOLLARS PLZ ANY 1 REPLY BACK THX

EASY ON THE CAP LOCKS. And to start off what exactly is wrong with it? Is it the flashing yellow light? Does it not read disks?

ok i have a broken 60gb ps3 and i rang sony plus my warranty expired they said i have to bring it to gamestop (where i bought it from) i give them 250euros they'll handle it. sony will send them a 60gb ps3 and i collect it... i dont know if this will work for u but u should give it a try

srry bout all da caps lock i was just showing the important details
heres da problem wen i got mgs4 2 days later it wont read anything
i tried it again on rockband it read it but it frezzes after one song
so yeah

Yes, you should be able to send it to Sony, I believe it costs £150 but call Sony to double check.

a) look it up on their website
b) tell them your PS3 is broken, give them specific details as to what happened. It's not hard!

my ps3 60 gig hdd died.signed up for continuous play on their web site .out of warranty .got one delivered 2 days later .sent the replacement back .put a 320 gig wd instead of the 60 before the other was delivered.all is good .have kept the original 60 gig drive just in case ,even though it is knackered beyond any pc recognising it .think it is 5 uk pounds a month
psp 2.71 to some m firmware
ps3 60 gig ,now with internal 320 gig
2x 1tb ext hdd for you know what
psn id ....zed1

they would of replaced without question.
and you get the model you send in
60 for a 60 etc .glad i didnt have to go that far ,but i was asked to sign for a new one on my door step .said i have fixed it .wd 320 hdd less than 80 uk quid inc delivery .took a minute to format to ps3 .well happy

The model # should be on the back of the ps3 aswell if I'm not mistaken.
