There is no mod chip for the PS3...no backups/homebrew can currently be played.

I don't understand it either. I admit that I discovered Afterdawn via Google but if I am curious as to how to do something, I usually "google" it. I don't think people realize that you can type in exact phrases like " user guide to how to open a PS3" . I even found obscure songs using google just by searching a phrase or verse in the song.

PS3 games are on Blu-Ray disk, meaning that you cant burn them to DVD.
Even if you could, you CANNOT play them!
