Here is my problem.

I bought a PS3 in Singapore and therefore it is NTSC format.
Can I play my PAL PS2 games on it?
Is there something I need to download?

I would really appreciate it if someone could help me.

I think PS2 games are region locked, meaning you would have to use the swap switch to play them.
