Hey Guys I Know this Has Probably Been Anwser 100's of times but I Scowered google and AD for a week and cant Find My Awnser

Is it true with a Ps3 Test/debug units that you can launch games off the hard drive and Debug/Test Unit's Firmware has a built-in ISO launcher

It is not really an ISO loader. Test consoles have the ability to run unsigned code. So you can make BluRay backups that work. There are loaders for test units but they are not built in.

So As Long as YOu Can Make a dump of the game you can use a dev system to boot the game without doing anything special from the hard drive

Well if that thread about the EEC thing is real and they can flash the PS3 with custom firmware, I'm guessing you are thinking of trying to find someone with a dev console's firmware and try and install the dev firmware onto your PS3. Am I right? :P

Cos if that's true it only a matter of getting a dev console instead of the hackers breaking into the PS3 and producing their own custom firmware.

No,you have to dump the games with the dev systen to play them on the dev system.
