go back to menu and ensure keycode is defo on,if it is switch off and then back on, exit to a prem channel and see what happens. if that dont work try switching box of at rear and leave for 30 secs and try again.

It seems that you have set the box up properly and scanned and found your channels, however if you are in the UK, then you need this firmware on your box 301108 UK Firmware Fix to unscramble the $ sign channels, you may have to do a fresh Installation after updating the firmware, if not UK, then you should have the v1.05 firmware.
You will find them in Eamo's FTA Library at the bottom of post.
With both boxes I have encountered the same problem. In the installation, the automatic scanning process for TW cable channels freezes at 28 channels (ca. 22%).
