I'm seeing similar problems but I have no clue how I'm sopposed to fix this. When I set up my wireless connection it fails the second step. This is the wierd part

Usually when I try to connect to the internet the PS3 page would try to load up but stops at 50%. Now I can fully access the internet and browse through websites. When I try to sign up for the PS Network some error keeps popping up before even trying to load up.

I am guessing that when you say fails at 2nd part you are referring to Internet Connection?

It may be that your router has a firewall blocking your PS3's access to the internet.

Try searching these forums for Port Forwarding instructions or putting your PS3 into a DMZ.

Do an Internet Connection Test and let us know what it is failing on. What NAT Type connection are you getting. What WIFI Brand do you have.
