im getting this error and its not letting me sign into psn or make a new connection because it doesnt pass the test. i use a wireless signal. also instead of saying obtaining IP address it says "exchanging key information" any1 know how to fix?

8013013D - "A connection error has occurred" - May be to do with the SSID of the Router or signal strength if the conneciton drops.

What's your signal %. I hear that it needs to be above 30%.

Even if it was slightly above 30% the connection can easily waver -+10%, imo I wouldn't run wireless for gaming unless you absolutely couldnt run a cable and the signal was above 70%.

A suggestion move the ps3 and tv over to the router and try it there to see if it is the signal, and if not you can try a wired connection. It would be easier to trouble shoot from there.
