You will find it in Eamos Library with thanks to the authors for the quick fix.
Edit: There is also a 291108 firmware fix for those people experiencing difficulties with the 281108 fix.

It is a bin file, you will need the loader, and also you need to read the instruction, it's like a satellite dish
