Unfortuantley, PSN games, Home Beta and Home Beta codes are registered to someone's PSN.

That use to be the case with the home beta, but not anymore. Home has been sharable for a few weeks now and its been confirmed that its not bannable by the european home fourm's admin.

Yup. I can confirm this. I have used the same home beta key for my Japanese and Hong Kong account and so far so good. I have not been banned yet....
I have am extra code so if you want to trade for Wipe out HD or Burnout Paradise.
