Thanks Brian. :)

This is just for the UK boxes at the moment isn't it, the ones in Ireland are still fine on 9.10.

You can flash it as normal without putting on the 742A file.

But make sure you backup your channels and Favourites as it blanks already saved channels.

It works in the UK & Ireland

Do you mean have i downloaded the file onto my pc? yeah i have, i just cant establish a connection at all. I want to backup my saved channels before updating the box, but cant make a connection at all.
Im still using stb5.20, is that still the right one yeah?

It worked fine with the last upgrade but just cant get it going this time

Unplug your box.

Take out the null modem lead.

Plug back in your box, wait untill the light goes green THEN plug in the null modem lead and try the flash.
again.

If that doesn't work,

Do the above again without Doing the Setup Comm.

UNTICK the "Maintain User Data" Box.

Ignore any error messages you get.

Select "Upgrade Software"

The flash should then work.

Don't forget to backup your channels first.

Make sure you wait for the rapidly flashing light before unplugging the box and null modem lead.

Open the Zip file and drag the replay file out of it onto your desktop and try flashing it.

Ok Brian, i have flashed my replay lite three times at this stage, waited for the rapidly flashing lights and it still isn't updating. When i check receiver information it says 9.10, should it say something else?

It should still read 910 as the file is a modified version of the original 910.

I'm not at home at the moment so I don't really know if it is still working it was working when I posted the original file at the top of the page.

Check to see are you getting RTE2 if that is scrambled it just might be just updating the keys.

I will be home in a while and I will check it out.

I used STBlink 5.2 to flash the box.
