Handbags lads.

This thread is gonna be full off useless pointless arguements in no time (making it harder to read back on previous relevant posts).

As far as I know the c*des have only changed once, even though we've updated our boxes.
I entered them about a week ago and have had no problems since.
Obviously we cant post the c*des here, you'll have to look elsewhere for them.

P.S
Happy Christmas to all!

Found out about 2 weeks ago that the lite fix has an expiry date written in to the 910 menu, this is proving harder to crack than thought and the general feeling amongst the people in the know is, get a new box, hopefully with better support. Found that out by reading yet again warby111, the ability to read instead of being spoonfed is a marvellous tool.

to be fair, its knowing where to find this info

I didnt know that, knew about the expiry date, but not the rest - not everyone has the info or knows where to look

So thanks for the update - good to know and hey, some do need help, from those that are more capable, its not a prob ;)

I understand that and im the first to help, but i draw the line when i have to go through 10 pages of the same thing just to find 1 meaningful post. The reason i even bothered to reply was because if this thread had been read from the start then most of the info is right here, some people just cant be bothered.

Yea I know lol

I am one who searches, googles etc to find things and am a soft touch for the "lets say" lazier members, but I do find out lots though

Wish we could find someone to fix the fix for the replay though lol

If I could,I would, but I cant lol

Happy New Year to you!!

yep

remember to scroll to your provider number and not current key, that just shows what the current one is, you need to click on NAGRA and then scroll to whichever provider you are

eg 0055 is pure

Hi noely, hope you had a nice christmas. :)

The replay lite fix is being worked on but it does happen to be christmas, so do you really expect people to give up their holidays to work on something that they do for a hobby?

The codes have only rolled once here in Ireland and even if they do roll again they aren't that hard to find.

So as far as I am concerned, thanks to all the people that give up their time to work on these fixes, and whenever it comes out, it will be welcome. :)

I must agree with Noely, Tizler and Evastar, especially as we are, at the moment in a very quiet time, as enteehell have only changed c*des once since they got the better of the firmware. let us remember this if the c*des change twice or three times in one day. let us remain calm and not have creaky or any other moderator feel forced to shut down this thread, especially as i am old(at least 20 years more than my birth cert)and find it hard to find the new threads.
A very early Happy New Year to all those who give up their time and experience here on afterdawn.
Wheelo.

Des
I, for one, have the utmost of confidence in this community of likeminded people, while I am happy with this box is there a better one out there, reasonably priced, and not a clone, as my brother in law just got his house done up and now has 3 extra TV's in his house and wants to "upgrade" his service from enteehell in Dublin.any trusted websites also appreciated.
Wheelo.

The File LATEST Is Here,

I CHECKED IT ON A BOX WITH WRONG KEYS ON IT AND IT WORKED

http://www.speedyshare.com/926703760.html

To backup your saved channels and favourites.

Connect the null modem lead to your PC and box and power up the box.
Open up the stb link.
Setup Comm.
Click Read User Data
The file will be called Factory_Data.txt
There will be 64 blocks to download from the box.
Save it to your desktop and rename it what you want.
_____________________________________________
You can reload the file you have saved on your desktop.
But when you have established a connection with the stb link
Click Write Factory Data and get the saved file from your desktop.
There will be 64 blocks to upload.
Make sure as always to wait for the rapidly flashing light.
________________________________________________________________

Connect the null modem lead to the box and your PC.
Open up the Stblink
Tick ?Maintain User Data?
Select upgrade software
Get the Latest File file from your PC.
From when you see the blocks start to transfer.
It takes 4 mins for the box to be updated.
But make sure you see the led flashing much more quickly than it did when the blocks were transferring. If you leave for even 5 mins it will be OK.

Wait until all the blocks are transferred and WAIT a couple of more minutes for the led to flash much more rapidly than it did when you could visibly see when the blocks were transferring.
Unplug everything and only connect the power lead.
Wait for the led to flash red/green and then stay on green.

Then connect SCART and TV cables.
You might have to unplug the box again and then power it up for a second time.

When the files are being transferred from your PC to the box, the led on the box will be flashing at this speed

Don't unplug the box until until you see it flashing at this speed

I tested this on the 910 & 913 Replay Lites and it worked fine.
